The rules we hold ourselves to
Apply Wingman is built on a simple promise: everything we tell you is true. These are the rules that make that promise real, written down so you can hold us to them.
A number is shown only when it is true and worth showing
Every figure on this site is computed live from the database. Members helped, applications prepared, interviews reached: each one has a threshold, and below it we show nothing rather than dress up a small number. If you see a count here, it is real and it is current.
Outcomes are reported, never promised
We publish an honest interviews-per-hundred figure, and only once there are enough decided applications for it to mean something. We will never claim a guaranteed interview, because nobody honestly can. What we do is stack the controllable factors in your favor.
Proof has to be broad, not lucky
If a single member accounted for most of the wins, the outcome figures are held back until the base broadens. One person's good week is not evidence, and we will not present it as if it were.
Wins are shared without ever naming anyone
The member wins wall only shows people who chose to share, never names a person or an employer, and reduces each role to an industry so no individual hire is identifiable. Every line is true and none is traceable.
Nothing public ships without a human reading it
Every article, newsletter, and outreach message an agent drafts waits in an approval queue until a person approves it. On top of the hard checks, a graded voice score holds anything that reads thin, even from a trusted source.
No AI fingerprints in your documents
Hiring systems filter machine-written applications, so every document is screened for the tells: no em dashes, no stock phrases, no robotic cadence. Your resume and cover letter read like you, because if they read like a model they lose.
Visa guidance is cited and dated
Every visa claim links its official source with the date it was checked. Rules change, so we tell you to verify the current figure, and our knowledge base is re-checked on a schedule. This is current information, not legal advice.
Rewards cannot be gamed
The referral reward only fires when a friend genuinely joins, never for a throwaway email, never for referring yourself, and never past a daily cap that a script could otherwise exploit. The credits are real, so the rules protecting them are too.
Honesty you can check, not just claims.
Run the whole flow free and hold us to every rule on this page. If anything ever falls short, tell us, honesty is the whole product.
