Apply Wingman exists to get you interviews, and that requires handling your data with care. This page says plainly what we collect, why, and what you control.

What we collect

• Your account identity: email, phone, and verification status.
• Your career profile: resume, education, experience, target roles and countries, priorities, and salary expectations.
• Your activity on the platform: jobs viewed, applications made and their outcomes, conversations with the assistant, and visa checks.
• Free tool usage: resumes and profiles you submit to the public tools, with your consent.

Why we collect it

• To run the product: matching, tailoring, visa assessment, and outreach drafting all require your profile.
• To improve it: aggregate outcome data teaches the system which applications produce interviews.
• To contact you when you ask us to: newsletter and product updates run on double opt-in consent.

What you control

• Export: request a full export of your data from Settings at any time.
• Deletion: request account deletion from Settings. We honor GDPR and India DPDP requests within statutory windows.
• Marketing: every email has an unsubscribe link that works on the first click.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal data.
• We do not send applications or emails without your explicit confirmation per item.
• We do not train public models on your private documents.

Cookies

• We use only first-party cookies, and only for things the product needs: keeping you signed in, remembering your device for account security, and counting visits with an anonymous id.
• No third-party advertising or tracking cookies exist on this site, which is why you do not see a cookie banner.
